1. Fresher's Fair:

3. Dim Sum, Pub Meet and Night Punting:

• Date: Wednesday 14th / Thursday 15th October
• Location: TBC
• Dim Sum, 3pm start? Night Punting, 7pm start?
• Ideas: Hot pot? Also, selection box as to which event to attend to
• Action: Tony (ttq20) to sort out Dim Sum, will get a list of places and prices
• Action: Annie (aph37) to sort out Night Punting @ Trinity

4. Funkyard I

• Date: Monday 19th October
• Time: ?
• Location: Vodka Rev's
• Price: £2 members, £3 non-members
• Action: Annie (aph37) to confirm date and booking

7. ABACUS Oxbridge Boat Party:

• Date: Saturday 28th November
• Location: Dixie Queen @ Thames
• Price: £25/£30?
• Themes: Pimps and Hoes, Masquerade, Winter Wonderland, Roaring 20's, Las Vegas, Asia
• Ideas: Casino, live music (selwyn jazz), chocolate fountain
• Capacity: 620? Crowded last year, and not filled
• Dining and Non-Dining tickets last year
• Action: Yi (yl381) to contact committee last year to check capacity and ask about alcohol and stuff
• Harry has not managed to make contact with the APS of Oxford, their turn to book the boat
