BOAT PARTY

Mandate change

  • Slowly killing ABACUS, needs to be sorted out
  • Action: Harry to phone Leon and Lili to just get them to check the balance

Budget

Almost finalised:

  • Oxford have ordered a chocolate fountain - £750
    • Caters for 500 people
  • VIP tables - 6 tables ordered, can be shuffled around.. currently 4 for Cam and 2 for Ox
    • Champagne + buffet - £25 per table, and buffet £5 per person
  • Coach - £1050
  • Action: Harry to send out the cheque on Monday

Need finalising:

  • Casino tables - bring on 3 tables by CNY trust - £400
  • Action: Harry to chase up Sharon about paying £100 ontop just to bring them on. Saves £800!!
  • Security guards - SIA - 6 for £579.50
  • Food - £400 budget
  • Action: Sean to ask Subway for a quote (Hills Rd)
  • DJ and sound system - Leon to DJ for the night - £480
    • £40 for work, £40 for PA, £100 for drinks and £200 sound+lighting technician
  • Decorations for the boat - £100

Rough schedule
