Important: Oxford specifics, when is their coach? When are their committee getting there and helping with decorations? We need their mobile numbers. Tell them to tell their members to meet at 7:00pm. Are they guest-listing?
Coaches
- Sean proposes the booking of another 50 seater as we have -4 spaces on the coach
- Cost of 50 seater is £375, and will be booked
- Total coach cost: £1395
Stage size
- 20 ft wide, 25 ft deep (12.5 ft when tables are on stage...), 7ft high

Events of the night

Oxford ideas:
- No to warmup games
- No to musical chairs (too much like speed dating)
- No to a salsa teacher, but perhaps salsa dancers
Best dressed
- Put ribbons (rather than stickers) on the best dressed. Whoever has the most ribbons wins.
- Classier than stickers and fits in with the black tie theme
Fashion show
- 9/10 girls have signed up, have to bring own clothes
- Clare Xu organising it
- A box? Annie mentioned something about not having a step
- The back might not be clear if the tables are there, there is a side room which will fit 5/6 people. Feasible or not?
MC'ing of the night
- Oxford proposed to bring two MC's too. We are fine with that and may split the evening into half and half

Funkology
- In the process of booking. Annie proposes to offer them free tickets and a bottle of champagne
- Have been told they could potentially bring 10, max 20... How many should we ask for?
Flowers for fashion show
- ~£50 - 15 x £1.20 per rose and £35 for bouquet
Food (Subway)
- Action: Tony will book the food, but will need to make a trip tomorrow
CUCOS
- Action: Yi, please confirm a booking of part of the orchestra for downstairs.
