Minutes:

Garden Party

• Budget: £255 spent - £120 on alcohol, £85 on bouncy castle, £35 on speaker, £10 on wristbands, £5 Churchill Garden Games
• Bookings total = £330 for 36 people, expected to go up to around 42ish - aim to collect £400
• Price of tickets to go up to £10 at the door. If name is down, then £8 still (members). Wristbands to be given out on the day (only 8 people have paid!)
• Spend rest of budget on:
  • £20 - juice and mixers - coke and cartons of juice
  • £20 - fruit - apples, oranges, pineapple, strawberries (?)
  • £10 - crisps - Dorito's
  • Burgers and hot dogs - spend £2.50 per person? (Burger buns, hot dog buns)
  • £10 - 1L of Vodka jelly
  • Ketchup + cheese for the burgers!
  • Ice - probably will have to buy on the day, have emailed Kitchen office about it already. Will give reply asap.
  • Bin bags? Jugs?

• Organisation and setting up:
  • Thursday: Vodka Jelly making - 10pm :D
  • Friday:
    • Churchill Garden Games - Harry (hh328) and Gencomm guys to bring it down to Caius hopefully
    • Food and Drink - Annie (aph37) and Sean (slz22) to buy it and store in fridge?
  • Saturday:
    • Transport Food and Alcohol to Caius - Annie (aph37) and Sean (slz22)
    • Fruit chopping - GenComm
    • Water balloons - GenComm
    • Rest of Garden Games if not possible for all to be moved on Friday
    • Bouncy castle to arrive at 12:30

• Events at the Garden Party
  • Too chaotic for booze fun day and Miss ABACUS, decided to go with just Miss ABACUS
  • Catwalk, Q&A, Mr ABACUS / Blind date
  • Action: Harry (hh328) to bring microphone (XLR) and Lynn (elk31) to bring iPod for the music
